There are still "Real" people in this world

This file is being opened for me just to update things that happen to me in the every day life. Things that are good. You must remember this is a good over evil web site.

Like today I was awakened at 3:39 this morning 10-22-04 hearing chimes in my house, I don't have chimes in my house. And I know I am not that crazy, yet, that I am hearing things. So I got up and came to the computer and started typing..I decided to open this file because there are good experiences happening to people all the time we don't get to hear about and you wish and want other people to hear about..I am one of those people.

Something happened to me the other day that may seem small but it meant a lot to me and I have wanted to share it with someone since it happened. Let's see, it happened last Saturday 10-17-04 at a Kroger here in Memphis. I rolled to my van pushing my cart of groceries and after I had loaded them all in the back of the van I started to push the empty cart (I really don't respect the habit of individuals leaving their cart unattended, in nowhere land, that could take up a parking spot, or even, due to Newton's law of gravity theory roll all of a sudden out in front of a moving vehicle or walking person and cause a burn-out),(I had to put my two cents worth in) back to where you return them for future use.

Well this very nice lady left her A to B line (that would get her to her final location on this property which normally is your transportation) and walked over and said very nicely, "Let me return it for you." Now I quickly replied "thank you very much" and she of course said "you are very welcome" (this is the South you know..not that other parts of the world don't act the same but the "South is always pointed out as being the friendly and nice area so much more often").

Well, I was still at the back of my van when she again got into the A to B mode and walking back by me again. And I again Said "thank you again, Ma'am" and this is what got me, her reply this time was "your welcome and have a good night." I in return said "you have one also" and here it is, all of my reason for sharing this was her last reply which was "thank you, I know I will now."

Just in that simple transaction of going out of your way for someone because your heart tells you to and have someone from their heart appreciate it and let you know can completely make two peoples days and lives happy, and maybe if, anyone was watching this unfold learn how being nice to someone is rewarding.
